It is known that airborne allergens affect your symptoms. It is however unknown if different allergen contents of pollen also lead to different symptoms of allergic individuals. Therefore we examine your symptoms during the pollen flight season starting from May to August using a questionnaire. In parallel we measure the amount of pollen in the air as well as – and that is the innovation – the amount of allergen in the same air. We expect to find out whether the allergens in the air are responsible for your symptoms or whether the different allergen contents with consistent amount of pollen influence your symptoms.
With the pollen diary you will recognise connections between the pollen flight and your discomfort. You will receive important responses to questions like: What pollen are actually responsible for my health problems and to what extent? Which pollen concentrations support my discomfort? Where in Europe could I better cope with the allergy or rather which influence has a change of location on me? Does the therapy have the desired success?
The data could be used anonymously for the scientific analysis.
The pollen diary itself is only available in German.
